A six-month coaching pilot for Leading at Local graduates.

Every manager who completes Leading at Local is paired with a Boon coach who has run multi-site teams, for six months of 1:1 coaching. Two choices size the pilot: which package, and how many managers join. Each package sets the session mix.

1:1 coaching for Leading at Local graduates
Each manager is matched with a coach who has led multi-site operations, with their own input on the match. Sessions are 45 minutes, scheduled by the manager, with pre and post measurement on the competencies Local Infusion selects.

Each preset sets the manager count. The package sets sessions per manager and any group formats, and the totals update across all three packages.

Pilot terms

Six-month term. The pilot runs six months from launch. Long enough for a real coaching arc, short enough to judge on evidence.

Usage-based billing.Invoices follow sessions delivered each month at the session rate. If a manager pauses, the invoice reflects it.

A clear next step.If the results hold up, the next Leading at Local cohort can start under the same terms.

How matching works for Local Infusion: every manager completes a short intake covering role, goals, and coach preferences. We propose curated options, managers get a say in the final match, and if the fit is not right we swap early.

How the pilot runs.

Six months, five checkpoints, and a decision made on evidence at the end. Switching a cohort of busy clinic managers into coaching is mostly a logistics problem, and it's ours to carry.
